Both  my husband and I needed a lot of repair work on our teeth and were very loathe to start a course of treatment either in Portugal where we live or in U.K.  The cost is quite prohibitive in both these countries.  We had friends who had been to Goa 2 years previously and had extensive dental work carried out and recommended Dental Affairs in Margao, indeed our friend had not smiled for years as his teeth were in such a bad state of affairs, now he can’t stop smiling.   So we booked our stay for 4 weeks and the day after we arrived in Goa visited Supriya and Rahul the great husband and wife team at Dental Affairs, they were extremely professional and very gentle in their examination and gave us a course of treatment and quotation within an hour.  They gave us various options explained in detail all the implications and pitfalls of treatment (our smoking had to stop if implants were to be successful !).  We were amazed at the difference in cost, especially for dentures and implants and the speed in which everything was carried out.  In UK we would have to wait for 8 weeks for dentures to be made, they were ready in days in Goa, amazing!  The panorama x-rays were done immediately, no waiting around for appointments for weeks, everything was so instantaneous,  also, while waiting  Rahul made the most incredible temporary crowns which not only looked good, but were comfortable, he took so much time to make sure everything was in correct alignment for the bite and that all was comfortable in the mouth.  I had 5 implants at a quarter of the cost of U.K.
The follow up has been incredible – I have asked for information, x-rays etc., and they have been forthcoming immediately, their kindness, efficiency and expertise in dental treatment has been second to none,  I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them both for any dental treatment you would require – all that and a long holiday combined – heaven !
